Description by Randy Bens Located in West Vancouver, British Columbia this home has been designed across the concept of two courtyards. The ensuing T-form creates a terrific number of exterior areas (moss backyard to the north, and paved surfaces and reflecting pool to the south). The higher flooring aligns with the middle of the T, and cantilevers over each ends of the decrease flooring. The cantilevers be a part of the decrease roofs making east and west dealing with porches. The result’s a robust fascia / define that travels each vertically and horizontally, defining the character of the home.
